My goal is to make enough money this month to get that washer and dryer we need. Our’s is going faulty. So I have to make good money this month.

My goal is just to pay my rent this month! To that end, I want to work on my suggestive selling. Often I get lazy and don’t suggest everything I could, since it seems few people tip on percentage anyway–they just pick a number. But I should upsell so I can get the money out of the people who DO ti on percetange.

Then your *real* goal for this month is really upselling, not making your rent.

      You should review this post:

I think the most important thing to remember is that you should never sell just a gin and tonic without mentioning call brands. You should automatically ask “Bombay, Bombay Sapphire or “. You should never sell a margerita without asking if they want it top shelf, or at least ask if they want Cuervo (assuming that it’s not your well brand). And when they say something like Jack and Coke, you should still ask about Gentleman Jack or Single Barrel Jack if you have them. These responses should become automatic and *will* if you keep at it.

Review you call brands and have them on the tip of your tongue.

      Good luck!

Upsell upsell. Add ons and keep making sure they have a drink to drink. That’s it.
